I made a recall appointment months ago and upon arrival parts weren't on hand. Making this appointment was a long arduous process and not having parts on hand was a big let down, mostly due to having to take a day off work and finding child care. I understand it wasn't the service writers mistake and this should not reflect poorly on him. In the future have anybody with a recall appointment call a day or so ahead of time to see if parts are on hand, this would certainly have helped me.

No, I mentioned that when I booked the appointment over the phone that I had an oil change credit left that should be used which is why I didn't book it myself (he said he'd apply it) and I also said I may not need the cabin and engine filters (he said he'd check with me first before proceeding - done in July 2024 - why was the alert not suppressed?). Those were automatically charged and I had to request again that they be edited. Those were at two separate times while I was there instead of all the work being reviewed at once. This, along with adding the brakes and alignment on top give a feeling of overcharging women so I tried my best to find a coupon. Would you not for charges over $1,000? When I did have billing concerns about the credit card fee that I mentioned also wasn't pointed out before the work was done, I was asked to step aside (you even still had my check card) for someone else to be helped and told small signs were posted "everywhere". It was a humiliating experience in front of my kids and I have no desire to return there myself after years of being a loyal customer and usually treated with dignity and respect. The place now is a money grab. To make matters worse, when I got home, you sent me a CarFax email stating my oil change and rotation were overdue and my tires are old despite the "multi-point inspection".
