Michael did a good job. He knows what the customer service is. I did not have a prior appointment before getting there this morning but I spent Les time than I thought. Thank you Michael for going through details with me. Great customer service.

I told the person I spoke with about the screen/display issue with my vehicle in detail. I also told the man when I dropped it off in detail. It was clear upon picking up my vehicle the details were never passed on. I left work 2 hours early without pay to get my vehicle back without it being fixed, which is umder warranty. I am very irritated and disappointed.

He asked a salesperson to move the vehicle in front that she was showing… instead of moving it out of my way she asked if I needed help to maneuver around a couple of cars… I said I thought she was going to move it to the open lane.. she asked if I would like you to and I said yes… she had no common courtesy… when I am already a customer

I was extremely disappointed with Mikey - -apparently telling g someone that there is a 3% surcharge on credits cards is not something that should be discussed prior to starting work on someone’s vehicle. At no point was this discussed at drop off or when I called Mikey to give him permission to fix two identified issues. Seems pretty sketchy to me. Customers deserve the right to say no to these kinds of charges
