Blong’s service was excellent as always but when our fob went missing when we arrived to pick up our CRV he really stepped up. He gave us a loaner vehicle to drive until our fob was found and to our great surprise we were not charged the $475 for the work completed on our CRV. Rapids Honda is fortunate to have a hard working and polite employee like Blong.
