I was sold a car with transmission issues and honda rapids was unwilling to help at all with the issue. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership.

Matthew Wirig did a great job and I was completely satisfied with his performance. However, I think that you can do a much better job of scheduling- especially when the job is as well defined as the Auto Butler service. With an appointment time scheduled the customer shouldn’t have to wait 5 hours to complete the job. It seems like you just fit this job in when you can in between other jobs. When there is a scheduled appointment the customer should be able to expect the work to commence soon after the appointed time.
