I would tell people to try Rapids Honda The service is wonderful and the staff is very helpful an polite I got my car from there and I always take my car back there to be serviced. I would recommend Rapids Honda in a heartbeat.

After reviewing my Vehicle Check-In, had to call 4 times before confecting with my service agent, I had left messages on two agent’s phones but no one called me back. My hood was bobbing so I wanted that adjusted but it was not noted on my vehicle check in, the agent that was there when I arrived for pickup said there were no notes about that but it must have been done. Driving home I could still see the hood bobbing. Also upon pickup my passenger seat was dirty with white streaks and a spot that looked like dried glue. The service agent was able to clean it. When I got home I left a message for the Service Manager, Shane S. But there was no callback. The customer service and communication was not at all what I had come to expect from other Honda Service Centers, where issues were reviewed on paper before leaving the car and then again at pickup. I don’t live in the North metro, so I can’t just pop in for an adjustment. This car is an investment for me, and should be treated with car by all Service Employees.
