Unfortunately, the noise issue I brought the vehicle in for was not resolved. I will try another dealership closer to my home and if they can’t fix the problem, I will trade the vehicle in and try another brand. Courtesy and professionalism of staff was fine. I just feel that I shouldn’t have to put up with an annoying click/creak after paying $35,000.00 for this certified vehicle.

When you enter the service department, every team member appears to always be working on something else and can’t even make eye contact with your customers. A simple “hi, we’ll be right with you” would suffice…before the 3 minute mark.

Completely inefficient. I stood at the checkin counter for 10+ minutes (I’ll be with you in a minute!) while he finished something on the computer, printed it out, stapled it, walked off to put it on a desk in a dark office, and then ask can I help you? No one was ahead of me or after me!
When the oil change was done and the car washed (the inside smelled like a sewer when done), the tech put the key and paperwork on his station. It sat there for 5 minutes before he started entering data into the computer, printed it, stapled it, walked off to put it on a desk in a dark office. No one at the counter! Very frustrating.
