When I made the appointment I told the service rep my make, model, and **** and gave them my name. I was told the **** service would be around $140.00. However arriving for the appt today I was told the **** service would be over $500.00., that the rep quoted the wrong price. They knew my vehicle as it had been there before for routine service. To make this kind of error doesn’t sit right with me.

Mikey is the best! He is the first advisor that I’ve felt the need to repond to a survey. He made me feel like the dealership really cared about me. I had a problem that he nor none of the technicians had dealt with in the past. I saw him 3 times on this issue and at every visit, he took charge and treated us great. He always met me with a smile and made us feel like he was going to take care of us. He has excellent customer service skills, and in my opinion is a valuable asset to Rapids Honda!
