Drew was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made some recommendations as to additional service work I should have done beyond what I was scheduled for. I followed his recommendations and was very pleased with everything that the technicians completed. And was especially pleased that it all was completed much sooner than anticipated! When I arrived to pay for the work done and pick up my car he reminded me of other recommended maintenance to be done and that it should be done at my next regularly scheduled maintenance appointment. When I got into my car to leave, the message “ Key fob battery low” immediately appeared on my dashboard. So I walked back in to the service department and told Drew. He took me over to the parts department and stayed with me until the technician put a new battery in the key fob. I appreciated his kindness.

Tires need to be replaced when I’ve literally only had the car for 3 months. Certified used. Was told by my sales rep that “there would be a sale before I need new tires.” Had my baby with me, so couldn’t be bothered to communicate my annoyance with this…. But this is ridiculous.

For the most part I was very satisfied with the service on KY vehicle. The only thing was when I was first checking in I mentioned I wanted to get the Honda windshield wipers and that wasn't done. It doesn't appear I was charged for it, It was forgotten to be added to the service order. All else was good including the service advisor was great.
