The tech broke a part on my cabin air filter and didn’t inform anyone. I found the broke clip in my foot well. When I went to change the air filter after the service call, the cover was broken and just wedged into place. Makes me wonder what other corners the technician has taken over the years I’ve had Rapids Honda service my vehicles.
