Asked for a car wash on top of the oil change and tire rotation and when I got my card back it wasn't done. I took 15 minutes longer than quoted so I didn't have time to bo back in. Everything else was great

Chad is the best Service Advisor I have had in all my years of owning a vehicle. I fist started working with him 2 years ago and was blown away by his honesty, professionalism and extensive knowledge. Chad has helped me save money on maintenance I was told I needed when in actuality it wasn’t the source of my issue. Even after a year of not visiting Rapids Honda he treated me like I was just there last week. This time he completely took care and ownership of my visit and gave me a lower car because the work would take longer then he originally thought. All the service advisors, technicians and staff are great but Chad is the absolute best. Even thought he put me in a mini van for the day. Lol
