Overall everything was great! Only problem was, I gave him my green card for my auto bugler application that included the cleaning of the mats but it wasn’t done.

I spent nearly $95 on a oil change and a note said brake fluid was a bit low from maybe tires wearing down but they had to take the cover to see that so if they had it off why didn’t they add a little bit and that is just common sense!!!

I went to Rapids Honda for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When the car was finished, I was given my papers to show what was done. My tires were not rotated. When I asked about the rotation, I was told the tires were inspected for wear and didn’t require a rotation. I have always been told tires had to be rotated about every 5,000 miles. Is this something new? Is an inspection good enough?
