It was well over an hour for the oil change and my husband was waiting at the dealership. Recently he took his car to Friendly Chev for an oil change and they asked if wanted to wait in the car, 15 minutes!!
AND the technician left the OIL LEVEL 100% screen on my dashboard. It just took my husband half an hour to get it switched back to the home screen. It is very complicated when you aren't familiar.

I had a 1pm appt, I showed up at 1240pm, didn’t get out of there til, 245pm for a tire rotation and an oil change. Also, I watched the service tech move my truck back and forth to position it for the lift no less than 6-8 times moving forward and back and slamming on the brakes. As the owner, I know this won’t hurt it, but it looked really bad as it lurched back and forth like he’s never done this before.
