Let me tell you what... The worst experience started when I drove up to the service center. Out of the two lines only one was being taken care of. Which I did NOT know. I got into the line that was ignored. Cars arriving after me were serviced first due to the Toyota service employee inability to communicate with the customer. I then got into the line that was being serviced and was not welcomed with a smile or good morning or “sorry I didn’t see you waiting in the line I was ignoring”. Anyways I went inside and explained my issue, my car wasn’t changing songs. I wasn’t able to go to the next song, from the steering wheel system or the center radio system. I was told by Paul that this is because Apple and Toyota had a conflict and Apple devices will not work with Toyota vehicles. That’s news to me. I then requested an oil change and was told it’ll be $180!!! I told Paul that I could have a family friend do it for $50 and he assured me that just the oil is $50 without labor. Okay. I was told the car will be diagnosed and checked for any new updates to resolve the issue I came in for. I was waiting for my car to be looked for 2 hours. I ran out of patience and went back to Paul to take my car and leave the Roseville dealership. Paul was with a customer at the time. And I over heard (didn’t really over hear, he was speaking loudly) Paul saying how much new Toyota cars **** and they’re cheep pieces of plastic! Okay wow! So every time I’m in to get my car serviced and your sales men try to up sell me to a newer car I should just tell them exactly what I heard your employee say. So finally Paul was helping and told me that he’s putting in an order for a new radio for my car. I told him not to bother and close out the service all together. He said “okay, you don’t want me to order the radio?” I said I do not. I got in my car and left. I made my way to Folsom Toyota service and was greeted with smiles and respect. My audio system was fixed with in 10 minutes on the spot!!! Wow, no need to order a new radio?! I also got my oil change there for $45!!! $45 not $180. What can I say Folsom outdid themselves. I’m impressed. Today, days after my service appointment I got a call from Paul, telling me my radio came in- good news. The radio I told him to to order. I told him I did not need the radio because my car was repaired same day at Folsom. Paul insisted, he said you don’t want a brand new free radio. I told him it was unnecessary. I am very much confused with Roseville’s service center service. Just terrible.

My keys were lost. I waited for around 45 minutes while they searched and then got me setup with a rental car. Now I will have to go back over there once the replacement key is made to get my vehicle which will be another 40 minutes out of my day.

Everything was fine and Adam is a good to work with. Just a couple of items of feedback. I have always had my 2005 Toyota serviced at your dealership including many oil changes. It seems the price of an oil change varies quite a bit? Also thanks for washing my car but maybe you could dry it too? Thanks very much!

Shane is the best service rep. I have ever dealt with. I always request him when I have my service and usually will decline to have service done and wait if he is not available at the time.
