Chris Martinez was unresponsive and absent throughout the process today. I never met with him when I dropped off the car, but was told he would be my primary service coordinator. When I tried to call to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told he was out of office at lunch and would get back to me when he was back. I still didn’t hear anything back until an hour later, over an hour after the estimated time I was told my car would finish.

Michael North is great. Your technician failed to do the work that I paid for. I checked it and it was passed off as completed. Very disappointed. Experienced the same thing at Folsom Toyota and now have lost my trust in Toyota service all together. Something needs to be done about it. I have pictures to prove my point.
