I think Jim is so helpful and trustworthy. He let’s me know what is wrong with my car, and also gives me options to consider when it comes to fixing my car. It helps to know how I can prepare for certain services by informing me of cost. I never feel pressured by him.
I have had great experiences with most of the advisors at Roseville Toyota but I have to say Jim is my favorite.

Micheal North was clearly perturbed by the fact that I used a coupon sent to me. If I ever come back, I would make sure avoid him. You shouldn’t offer coupons if you don’t want customers to use them.
