Adam mentioned that he will be leaving Roseville Toyota to be a stay-at-home dad. Though I am happy for Adam, I am sorry that he will no longer be my go-to service advisor. His pleasant attitude and integrity will surely be missed. It has been my pleasure to work with Adam the past several years.

Your people appear overwhelmed. Which effects their customer service. A 1 hr service took 5 hrs. Ridiculous, poor communication with service writer and team. Hate going to dealership. If your going to upcharge the hell out of everything. Your service better be near perfect. You never get out of dealership at reasonable time. If you don’t stay on top of them it would be even longer. When you do they are rude.
