Was quoted an hour to hour and a half wait that ended up taking 2 1/2 hours for an alignment. When they went to grab my car they had killed the battery and had to jump start it. Tried to send me off with my engine light on and a low voltage battery. The car wouldn’t even start after they brought it back to me, they had to jump it again! Then I was told that my brand 2 y.o. Battery must be going out. No it’s not. Had no prior issues until I brought it here.

The appt. was est. to take 4 hours and took 6 because my key was lost. Also, the one nice thing of bringing my vehicle in was a complimentary car wash. My vehicle is a commuter car and I don’t get to washing it often, so this was nice. They did not wash it either...kinda crummy. Chris was a nice guy and I can’t say anything bad about him. I’ve never had too good of an experience here and this is why when I bought my last two Toyota’s it was not from Roseville Toyota. Cheers!

I felt the salesperson was not forthcoming about the information about the promotional rates and other products sold to me that the transaction was highly disadvantageous to me and requesting a fair term right after was difficult as well. I have been a loyal customer having 2 vehicles serviced in your company and I felt very betrayed for my loyalty. Bought a used car with hopes of getting a good value but ended up costing me a lot .

Tire pressure was documented at 36pai, low pressure light came on as I was leaving. Service advisor confirmed that tire pressure was less than 36pai and that she was disappointed by her technician. I lost some trust in Roseville Toyota and wonder what other services may have been misrepresented.
