My appt was at 8am. I left with my car at 830pm. You tell me how it went. And no one helped. Ray the manager and Gary the "managers" only know how to pass the buck. Everyone was too afraid to do any thing and blamed it on service. It's "their" aka Toyota services fault and they couldnt do anything. And I was led along the entire time 1 hour. 20 Mins. 30 more. 20 more. 10 more. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Molly was great and she explained all about the 5k service maintenance and that the vehicle warranty covers everything. The process was really quick and I was able to get done and out in a jiffy. Also I received a complementary coffee from the cafe which helped me stay awake which I needed most.
