My service representative was Josh. We purchase a used corolla and it had a new front bumper that needed to be painted. The stereo also didn’t work and there was a crack and pits in windshield. We were assured we would be called back to get these items fixed. About 2 weeks later; I called got an appt on Tues 9/24. By Weds am Josh called and said everything was done except the radio. They needed to send it off for repairs. I also verified the windshield was replaced. Josh said “yes I got that new windshield for you Which was odd and our salesperson said they would put in a new radio. I picked it up that morning;
with a huge whole in the dashboard, and was told not to lose the screws or the front plate! I told them they should keep it until it was done; but that was not an option. Upon driving off the lot, I noticed it wasn’t washed and the windshield was not replaced. Apparently we need to bring it back for the radio, so I questioned if the window would be replaced then? Josh said he was looking at someone else’s who’s windshield was replaced; but mine was not!!! When I got the car home; I noticed the bumper wasn’t installed back on correctly as the right top bumper wasn’t attached to the frame. Again I contacted Josh. He explained to me that they didn’t remove the bumper to paint it? They painted it on the car to match it? Then I noticed if that was the case why were the dings in the hood fixed as promised by the sales team too. I feel like I’m being duped by Josh. I hope to get my radio soon, as my car looks a little ghetto with the entire dash and radio removed. Thank you. MaryEllen Hall
