I brought my vehicle for inspection and the service took 3 hrs plus. If my permission was not relevant, the least that you could manage was to inform me of the time estimate. Absolutely inconsiderate to customer.

On 9/30 had my 2016 Prius serviced, on 10/2 check tire light came on. Tech said due to colder weather now need more pressure. Seem like end of September they would know colder weather was around the corner. Took 45 minutes to correct situations
