I had no explanation to my service plan. The service team member I was assigned to didn’t talk to me unless it had to do with signing my name on paper works. I understand that I, as a customer, should be asking questions, but the team member should also be able to do their job of explaining thoroughly to their customers. I also purchased an extended service plan, and didn’t even know what was included because the service team member didn’t explain it to me. I had to look it up! Even though my air filters were in the yellow zone, I had no idea how that would affect me and what I should be looking out for. Also, I wasn’t offered a car wash. The papers show that I refused a car wash, when in actuality the team member didn’t even ask! I paid money for my car service, and I am dissatisfied.
