I went for oil change. I specifically told the advisor That my 4Runner over heated the day before. My husband noticed that the hose that connect to radiador was torn and to please check if radiator had water . His answer was that for oil change person Working on my car doesn’t check radiator or for water in it. My understanding was that your dealership checked for all that. Today I had one of the most terrifying experience in my life. My 4Runner stopped in the middle of the road I didn’t know what to do . people were honking and yelling bad words to me like if was on purpose That I suddenly stopped in the middle of road. My husband drove to help me and noticed there was no water on radiator. Even those cheap oil change station do better job then you guys. I’m very disappointed and sad about your service.

After being notified that my vehicle was finished being serviced, I was told that the cabin air filter was dirty and was marked as an issue on the Multi-Point Inspection sheet. When I asked if it had been replaced I was told that it was not. What is the point of removing the air filter, seeing an issue that should have been corrected and instead, re-installing the dirty one? It makes no sense. Very disappointing experience with your service department.
