I sent the following message regarding my service to Customer Care. I took my car in for service yesterday and was disappointed that I wasn’t told about the Complimentary Sanitization service I could have received. Also our car used to be washed when we brought it in for service. Do you not do car washes anymore or is that something I need to remember to ask for? We have been buying Chevys and Toyota from John L Sullivan for 20 years and it’s sad to see these changes.

I responded Hi Thanks for your reply. From what we could see no sanitation was done. When my husband picked up our car nothing was said about sanitation which concerns us since we are in the vulnerable group for COVID-19. Kind regards Mary Wells
