Leanne Delamerced did not wear a face mask when I took my car in nor when I picked it up after the service was completed. That made me feel very uncomfortable. All other employees that I interacted with did wear face masks, so I assume it is your policy that employees should wear face masks when dealing with the public. I am 75 years old and the mortality rate from Covin-19 for my age group is 80%. Wearing face masks is very important and there is now a State order to do so. Please tell Leanna Delamerced to please wear a face mask when interacting with customers, or find her another position where she has no contact with customers. I have been buying vehicles from John L. Sullivan's dealerships,and have been having them serviced by his dealerships for 28 years, and this is the first time I have had a complaint.

I am so pleased that Conor took the time to research and make arrangements for my car's repair. He had to arrange the repair outside of Toyota and I appreciate that he was willing to ask his manager for approval, and have it done with absolutely no inconvenience to me. Its customer care like this that ensures my plans to upgrade and purchase a new Camry next year.
