Service was absolutely terrible, I explained an issue with my 2019 tundra and of course they couldn’t find anything wrong. It was just a big friggn waist of time.

I was expecting the vechile to be washed and it was not. I was told due to Covid it could not be washed. If I had been told when I dropped off the car that car wash was not available I would have not been expecting it to be clean.

Made an appointment for oil change. Took 2.5 hours go simple oil change. Been coming here for leased vehicle servicing for four years. Never had this kind of difficulty. Not much use making an appointment when customers who arrived after me were out the door before I was. Response from service representative was “ it happens”. It was obvious when I pulled in at 9:00 am that someone had overbooked appointments for that day and time, the lines were several vehicles long and growing behind ma. Disappointing experience.

I called for a oil change and requested a tire rotation and balance and was scheduled for 1:50 PM yesterday. When I got there I was told even though I originally requested a tire balance they had made a mistake and scheduled me with express service which could not do a balance. I was told I would have to wait longer but the service manager stated they could get it done in about 1 1/2 hours. I was waiting for my car at the dealership past 5 PM which is not acceptable based on the time I was given.I expressed my frustration with my service employee and ask for compensation for the $89 it cost for the tire balance. I was told she had already talk to her manager and supervisor and I was denied any type of compensation for the mistake Toyota made and the extra weight time it cost me. I was very disappointed at the service I received and will probably be taking my service elsewhere in the future.

I think for the amount of money I paid for my car you should have 5 years or 50K miles for service . Looking to purchase a car for our daughter and I will be looking for a car manufacturer that offers that . Sadly it won’t be a Toyota
