No resolution provided for issues with my car’s sound system not playing sound, despite the multimedia system being completely functional. After waiting 3 hours onsite, I was told, “Maybe we will know in the next week or two what we can do.” Frustrating to know that no sort of resolution was attempted and that now it is a waiting game for who knows what, despite the vehicle still being fully under warranty.
