Said after that I had to pay $85 for inspection did not say before he wrote it in very wrong have had nothing but problem with this vehicle Now told me it was out of Warranty I will never Buy anything from Roseville Toyota

Not that I’m concerned but found it odd the door sign asked to sanitize when entering but I saw none and the guy walking me in didn’t direct me to it there where clean pens but the sales guy gave me his he had been using and then took it back and used it on his side
Was no happy that my car wasn’t washed have always had a wash when I have service with my other cars this is my first time with a Toyota so I found it odd
No one asked if I was interested in any items I have called several times to find out about a hitch but no one calls me back and if someone at the desk had asked they might have sold me on getting a hitch for my car to use for bikes just saying up selling sometimes can make you some money
Again not concerned about the sanitizing just found it odd that you have what seems a procedure but no one follows it

After my Toyota was completed, I had been assisted by employee Steve Wenham and I had a couple questions for him but he just gave my paperwork to another employee who didn't help me regarding my Toyota. I felt uncomfortable and just wanted my vehicle to leave asap! Steve Wenham shouldn't have assisted me in any way for Toyota company, I felt discouraged.

Steve was honest, professional, and straightforward from the beginning. He frequently called me with updates as they found out issues with my car. He was consistent in getting ahold of me through phone, email, and text and was completely patient with me when we played phone tag. Once my car was finished, he even let us come into the shop to assess the broke parts. He treated myself with respect throughout the process. This is the best customer service rice ever received. My radio button was off. Side mirror was moved but I wasn't informed. Found out trying to merge at freeway. Took 2 hrs for oil change. Car was ready I was never called. Too many Karen's in lobby talking **** about people not wearing face masked. Too many employees wearing face masks can't understand a word they say. Horrible experience. Too much stress trying to see if employees are smiling or making mean face at you. Can understand their words makes me want to explode
