I was on a time crunch and told various times by different people. When I checked in I was told 10 min until completion but 30min later someone else finally asked my father (who was waiting with me) what he needed and told him my vehicle has been done and was paperwork was just sitting on Michaels desk.....the lady at the next counter took the paperwork and proceeded to give me my car back, and only after I arrived home from 30min drive I was texted that my vehicle was ready.
Everyone when I spoke to them were professional and polite and for the most part informed.
