I did not agree with the service advisor’s theory on a warranty issue and he was visibly agitated. I said thank you at the conclusion and he said said nothing.

Was there for an airbag recall repair. The letter from Toyota stated it would take about an hour. Upon arrival Paul advised it would be about 6 hours. Discussed my schedule with him & the letter. He indicated he would put a rush on my car to try & get me out in 3 hours & he made it happen.

When I went to pick up my car they wouldn’t give me my car back but they would not tell me why. They just kept looking around for something. When I got tired of waiting I asked if they had lost my keys and if they did that I had a spare and they could make a copy to replace the one they had lost. After waiting for more than 30 mins, they finally found them. If you’re contacting me by phone, please have someone that speaks Spanish call me.
