The process despite the barriers caused by the pandemic was organized and efficient. All of the employees practiced social distancing and were polite and professional. Molly provided timely updates and I was in and out in a very short order.

I was told the service would take 1 hour. After 2 hours of waiting, no one had contacted me. I then texted Barbara and she said the car was already ready. I have no idea how long the car was sitting there ready with no one contacting me. She offered me no explanation. She didn’t offer to schedule a follow up appointment. I was also very disappointed with how many Toyota employees were not wearing masks. It is a simple courtesy to customers to make them feel safe and protected. How disappointing. I will seek services from other Toyota dealerships that actually value their customers.
