Connor as always was great. But I did not understand why just rotating my tires took one hour and 45 minutes to do. They knew I was waiting. I've had an oil change, rotate tires and filter change in it only took an hour and 20 minutes

The only improvement I would ask, is that when you leave a message someone always calls you back within 24 hours that’s never happened to me. I leave a message with the operator and nobody calls back. To give an example I emailed the CEO of Bank Of America today he sent my information to and executive in the company who is nice enough to call me and sympathetic to my request. Your service advisor are all great it’s just you can’t get a return phone call for some crazy reason when you have a question that’s my complaint
