Management is not enforcing public health mandates, but Payton was one of few employees wearing a mask appropriately. He came outside to speak with me so I didn't have to enter the enclosed office with unmasked individuals, and got my vehicle pulled up without sending me to go to the key desk, further limiting face to face contact. I was unhappy with Toyota's safety protocols, but so grateful Payton chose to do the right thing, even though the company does not require it.

I spoke on the phone with him, and he made no effort to accomodate my decision not to enter the office with unmasked customers and employees. Another representative assisted me with completing payment outside without risking my life. I am livid with Toyota for failing to enforce employee mask mandates, or even ask customers to wear masks. Steves behavior was only one symptom of the problem; management needs to value my life and follow the law.

I get there waiting in car the service girl helped car in front of me then behind me, then walked to the cara beside mine and helped. Ignored me completely and I feel some kind of way about that being a black woman and her name was Riley. Then I was finally helped after car got serviced i was driving home and noticed the hood wasnt closed all the way I had to pull over and close it, could have flown opened. Next day had a 3:30 appt for visor to be replaced, which dealer had me prepay. I called to verify they didnt have me scheduled, so she scheduled me on phone for same time. I was not happy. I get to dealer the guy took me to service rep and I told him that my appoint was set up with the service rep at the end but he said that's not what the system said so he takes me to the wrong one. He looks in computer and tells me I'm to see the man at the end, which I told that guy, so he takes me to the end. I'm waiting for the rep who was assisting someone so another rep went to help me she looks in the system and tells me that I have the appointment with the guy back at the other far end where I just came from. I said he just said that its not him it's this man and walked me down now you're telling me its him hes just going to bring me back. I was FINALLY helped. She tells me it might be awhile because they are backed up.
I tell her it's not fair because I had my appt scheduled yesterday for today but because someone messed up and didnt actually put it in that I should wait. The service these past few days have NOT been good and I ALWAYS bring BOTH my cars here for services. I'm reconsidering. Not happy.

I asked to have my tires rotated and they weren’t. At the completion of the service, the advisor generally goes over the findings. They did not do that this time. My cabin filter it was recommended to be changed and no one let me know that. I would have changed it while I was there to avoid a labor cost.
The advisers were not as friendly as they usually are. I realize we are in a pandemic, but that Should not reflect back on the customer. I am just as afraid to walk into a public place as I’m sure they are to be working there.
