What was communicated as a 45-1 hr wait for maintenance turned into almost 2 and 1/2 hours. Then when our car was driven up for completion the individual was not wearing a mask. There needs to be a higher sense of urgency for customer satisfaction both when it comes to safety and time. We will service our car elsewhere in the future.
