I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry in for a scheduled maintenance appointment at 7:40 on 2 Jul 2020.  My service agent was Michael Webster.  Michael told me that my vehicle would probably be ready in 90 minutes to 2 hours.   At 9:24, I received a call from Michael who indicated that my vehicle was nearly ready.  He told me it would probably be another 20 to 30 minutes.  He also informed me that my battery hold down and posts were missing.  I informed him that it must have happened the last time my vehicle was in to have the battery replaced by your service department.  He told me that a new holder would be put it, and one was.   At approximately 11:00, I went to see Michael to see if my vehicle was ready as I had not be contacted, and more that 45 minutes has passed since he last contacted me.  Within a few minutes of contacting him, Michael started my paperwork and accepted my payment.  Based on the paperwork he provided me, my payment was processed at 11:19.  I took the paperwork and waited outside for my vehicle to be brought around.   At 11:45, I finally went to the valet desk and showed my paperwork to the young lady there and she finally brought my vehicle for me to leave.   I was very pleased with Michael’s professionalism, but I am extremely disappointed in what must have been a miscommunication within the service department about my vehicle being ready for pickup.   I appreciate the fact that I was given a 10 percent discount for being a senior, but I am still disappointed in how long it took for me to have my car brought to me; especially after arranging for an early morning appointment.    Ron Clemens

I had to bring my work truck back in 5 days after the new tires were installed for a flat tire. Your service techs didn’t check the tires for leaks. I lost time and money having to bring my truck back in for something that should have been done right the first time.

Connor was very professional and when there was an issues with my car battery he explained why it would be best to replace it. Instead of just letting me know what the issue was and for me to make the decision. I appreciate that he empowered me to make an informed decision that would benefit me in the end. So thank Connor for me ????. I also appreciated the clean clean pen cup and when done using it to put it in the other cup.

Well, the staff does not wear masks around customers exposing them to higher risk of an infectious viral disease that has fundamentally changed how the world is operating. So that seemed **** dumb. Then on after getting the service done on Tuesday I was called asking if it is time to come in for service on Friday. Showing how poorly organized the CRM software the dealership is using is. Which I can help with, so you don't look like idiots, but it's not cheap. Feel free to call. - Zach Phillips

Service advisor was fine. Not sure how you can advertise “Express Service” when an oil change and tire rotation takes over 2 hours with an appointment. I will be seeking alternative options for service in the future.
