Deanna was very professional today . She had to deal with a lot of angry upset customers that her employer put her in the unfortunate position to handle . No oil change should have taken 2 plus hrs to do on a relatively new Tacoma . She had no control over the service bay . Don’t know what happen to that dealership today , but if I make an appt for service as simple as an oil change in the future and the situation repeats itself again , I won’t come back . No one even offered a coupon or discount for the terrible wait. Deanna was NOT the problem .

I was shocked at the oil change price $76.21 including 10% senior discount. I plan to check my records to compare with last service there and to call to discuss the change with the Service Manager tomorrow. Perhaps a different grade of oil was used; I was not consulted about any changes. I have never had my car serviced at any other facility but plan to comparison shop in the future.
