I was not satisfied with my experience at Roseville Toyota. I recently got my car serviced there and spent a good sum of money on repairs. When I left I started to hear a new noise in my front breaks that started to happen after my recent service and is the reason why I took my car back in. I was told twice that they could not duplicate the noise I had been hearing, but of course, when I left roseville Toyota I could still hear those same noises coming from my breaks. I wish that they took more time and care with trying to help me with this problem. Now I still have the same problem and don’t feel like Roseville Toyota wants to help..

Austin was fantastic as there were huge hiccups in my time line. I addressed the issue with her and she attempted to fix the issue. Unfortunately communication sometimes falls short with the receiver. I personally called her to readdress the communication issue and she addressed it with a manager. I would be happy to only have Austin as a service writer as I believe she has great customer service skills and wants to take care of her customers. As I mentioned to her, I have several closer Toyota service centers closer but I prefer Roseville Toyota for my servicing needs.

I called to get appointment to get my tire fiixed. No appointment so I showed up. Alex said they could check it out but if needed a new one or patch he could get me in first thing next morning. Great. The next morning I bring it in to get the new tire and then it takes over two hours to get the tires on and I had a work meeting that I was late to because it was only supposed to take 40 min to an hour. I’m not getting into some strangers Lyft car to go to work so I have someone pick me up. I asked for the 3 good tires to keep as spare and then realized they had given me all 4 tires in my back seat including the one that could not be repaired even though I paid the disposal fee. NOT satisfied. I feel like Alex tried to take care of me but was too busy to update and when he finally did and realized the guys in the back were too slow it was too late. And now I have a broken tire to deal with still
