Michael was great, as well as other employees. I would just suggest if your service department uses customers cars to hook up their phone to test their bass out, they should delete their device lol. I didn't care, but a “Karen” might have a fit about it.

Derek was very professional and courteous. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that not all the service was complete despite the fact that Derek stated there were no notes to the contrary insisting that all service work was complete.
The last time I had service completed, I suspected that the tires were not rotated. I could not prove this but there was no disturbance in the dust on the wheels that would indicate the wheels were manipulated.
This time I marked one wheel with a permanent marker. When the vehicle was returned claiming all service was completed. The marked wheel was still in the same position. As I inspected my other wheels, again the brake dust and dirt on the wheels showed no signs the wheels were manipulated or checked otherwise.
I understand the shop gets busy and perhaps they ran out of time but I’d rather have an honest answer and tell me they didn’t get to it than to note the work was complete and bill Toyota.
