You were not busy at all I was told one hour to rotate my tires. At an hour an a half I went to service desk. He went to check on car then came back said I needed oil change I just had changed in February and only had driven 2k miles from that time until Sunday! So I waited about two hours or more! The guy ahead of me was angry too and said he was told one hour and had waited two and a half hours. I was told I was comped a cabin filter and air filter because of my long wait!! I don’t think I was really comped it at all! I always had good service but feel next time I may go elsewhere for my oil change and never visit you guys on Sunday again! The reason for the wait I was given is you were short staffed!

The time table for this one was not great. It took one hour fifty for a minor service (oil/filter change). When we finally got the call that the car was ready, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to have our car pulled up. This was just the final straw after already waiting so long. The chaos in the bay was obvious. Given a more accurate timetable, we would not have stayed to wait it out. This is the first time we have not had a satisfactory experience.

Chris was great.
But I just got home to find a scratch/chip on my driver side door. I didn’t pay attention when I picked up the truck but I drove straight home. The last time I dropped it off, the same door along with the rear door were dinged by Toyota Staff. My truck was in the shop for about a week. I seldom complain about anything but I’m not very happy about at this point.
Again, Chris was very professional, but I’d rather not have to worry about my truck every time I bring it in. Twice is once too many if I’m being reasonable.
