they did a good job of getting my vehicle serviced even though it went over a day to get it in front of other vehicles for the second day and get it back to me in a timely manner and it was fixed.
Kind of wish you guys were still washing cars after service them

The only thing I’m a little disappointed about is I specifically asked for the sanitization inside for my vehicle. My advisor confirmed, but when they brought me my car it was clearly not done. There was no clean smell like the advisor had told me. This seems to happen a lot with car washes too. Every time I request a car wash they forget to do it. It is like there is a disconnect from the time the mechanics finish the oil change and the employees that take the car and do a wash or sanitize. This should be more streamlined so I don’t have to remind people to do things I have a already asked of them.

The dealership charged me 175.00 for a diagnosis with no answers as to what my problem was. After the third attempt of bringing it there to solve the issue they decided if they were to continue looking it would cost me 875.00. So in total there diagnosis price costs over 1000.00 and when i tried to fix it myself I replaced one ground wire for free which then fixed all my problems. Never coming back here again.
