In reality I did not expect how fast and efficient was the service received from Chris Martinez and the service department. I thought I was going to be there waiting for about 6 hours but it took only like 2. That’ll was great. I left Roseville Toyata very satisfied. Thank you for going the extra mile Chris Martinez.

I asked for a ride as we only have one car. Never heard back from customer service representative despite repeated text messages. Called after 1.5 hours. Operator told me they would get a ride. Waited another 30 min. Gave up and rode bike in through terrible air quality. Waited for representative with my bike. When it was my turn representative left. I was going to service manager to report as I was steaming mad. Was offered 50 percent off for inconvenience (only $59) and the representative blamed the operator and never took responsibility when he was the problem for never following through. Pretty clear he does not think I am worth his time. If it happens again I am going straight to the manager with online reviews. Reputable restaurants would comp the whole meal if something like this happened and would take responsibility for actions. Very disappointed.

I had my house key on my car key ring. Someone there removed my house key and placed it into an area where my cup holder is. Of course I didn’t know where it was and I was locked out of my house until I located it later that day. I feel I should have been advised .

I was unaware my service agreement had ended and when I made the appt over the phone the girl didn’t tell me. I got a babysitter for my twin infants and drive to Roseville from Antelope to get my car serviced. After about 10 mins of checking me in, the guy informed me my service agreement was up and I’d have to pay for the visit. I should probably know what kind of service agreement I signed but that was 2 years ago and a very late night after work. So it would have been nice if that’s something the girl told me when I made the appt. So now I have to get a babysitter for another day to get my car serviced somewhere else bc I’m not paying dealership prices. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had an appointment at 3pm for an oil change. I asked them not to do the 50 point inspection, but they did anyway. I left 2 hours and 25 minutes after I got there. Cory talked to me at 3:57 and told me it would be another half hour, no more than a half hour. An hour and 15 minutes later... Really? No communication. I won't be back there. I'll find somewhere else to take my car.

Had a appointment, 15,000 mile. With a appointment total time was 1 hour 45 mins. Then asked to put a cabin air filter in while already done sitting in the lot, one would think to ask while the hood or cabin is up/open. Then no wash because of COVID-19 and still 145 mins
