I had a 2:20 appointment for a tire rotation, I pulled in the bay at 2:17 and was handled perfectly. At 5:30 I went and asked if my if my van was almost ready as it had been 3 hours and I was told that they hadn’t even started on it and that it would be at least another hour from the time the tech started. I walked to another service manager and asked him to just bring Me my vehicle because a tire rotation should not take 4+ hours. Extremely disappointed in my first and possibly last experience with this dealership

Had a shimmy at 50. Getting worse at 60. Assumed tire out of balance and was gonna bri g it back on Monday. Went to run a short errand and on a left turn heard a noise then could not drive over 30 without horrible noise. There were no issues before tire rotation. I’ll be calling AAA to have it towed back to get fixed as it is currently not drive able. I will expect dealership to pick up any repair costs
