A Lyft ride was requested to get me to where I wanted to go while my car was at the service center. Took 2hrs for an oil change when quoted 1, asked for updates but got none, asked for car wash and vacuum but didn't get either (was not charged though). Paul tried hard but was swamped with customers so he couldn't help as he wanted - he apologized at the end. Don't think it was his fault, he did the best he could with the limited resources and excessive workload provided by his company.

Shane has been my advisor for over 15 years. Today was a sad day only because I’m moving out of state and won’t be able to work with him anymore. Shane is always been fair with me and honest. I’m in sales, it’s what I do for a profession. It doesn’t get any better than Shane and I hope to find someone as good as him when I land in my new home state. Furthermore I very much enjoyed working with all of the people at Toyota Roseville over the last 15 years or so. From the sales department, finance department and the mechanics.
