Roseville Toyota Auto Repair Service

I don’t normally write reviews but there are always exceptions to the rules. I’d like to share my experience with Toyota Service Agent Jason. Jason greeted me with smile and a sincere welcome, “How may I help you“? I’d explained that I’d had already discussed my auto issues with another service rep. As I updated Jason, he took a sense of concern and understanding to the problems that I was experiencing with my automobile. I left the car with the service department for inspection. Jason followed up as promised and outlined the required service for the repair of the automobile. He arranged with Lyft in providing a ride home. He also took the time to follow up with updates while the car was being serviced and repaired. I’d explained that I had to commute 40 miles to and from work. Jason was kind enough to arrange for a rental vehicle through the support of his supervisor. To my amazement, the rental of the car was at no cost to me! Jason even arranged for Lyft to pick me up in order drop me off at Toyota to pick up the rental car! This was fantastic! I was able to have transportation to continue commuting to work while my car was being prepared. Jason and his supervisor also provided me with a gracious and fair estimate of cost! Upon standing in the car rental line, returning the automobile, I had a chance to tell Jason’s supervisor how happy and impressed I was with the overall service and personal attention the he, Jason and the Toyota staff had made me feel welcomed and appreciated. May I add that Jason’s supervisor offered breakfast for me as well!!! You just can’t make this stuff up!! GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH TOYOTA!!!! We live in a world today where optimism is lost in many categories. Today, Toyota proved that the world is still a good place providing respect and dignity to their valued customers. What a great experience. Kyle explained everything to me and there was no pressure to do anything I wasn’t ready to do. He helped with our warranty coverage too! We didn’t realize it was still under warranty!! Everyone I dealt with from the first person who checked me in to the valet who brought me my truck was extremely helpful and kind. You guys rock with your customer service. Thank you for making the start of my day great. Keep up the good work.

The two reps who assisted me did a very good job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, I was alarmed at the number of "maskless" customers walking around inside the facility, along with a few employees uselessly wearing their mask below their nose. I was under the impression that "properly worn" masks were required for everyone while inside Roseville Toyota. If that's not going to be enforced, why bother? I was uncomfortable the entire time I was waiting for my vehicle because of that.

I'm so happy that you guys did a FREE vehicle inspection! I had no clue my front tires were soo very worn out and my back tires were on their way to being worn out as well. You sold me tires for a pretty good deal and now I feel so safe on the road! Thank you so very much!

I think the appointments are overbooked. The wait time was egregious and there were too many people in waiting area. The one thing I did appreciate was the Clorox disinfecting service. I would consider not returning to this location and certainly would not recommend to others.
