Mike was great! No problem with him or his service. I was just completely thrown off guard on what I perceived as a HIGH PRICE tag to get the simple part and labor performed on my vehicle. IT WAS AN O2 SENSOR?!? AND install?!? $700!?! For that?!? Jesus! That truck isn't even worth $700...yet the work was performed WITHOUT consulting me whatsoever, like it was just "assumed" that I had $700 laying around for a repair. I looked up OEM O2 sensors...that were not close to $300 as the part toyota installed?!? Idk...times are tough, would have appreciated SOME communication BEFORE such a costly decision was made on such a "throw away/beater"
Mike doesn't set the prices, so not his fault. He was actually quite pleasant...just would've appreciated a touch base before he pulled the trigger that's all. Oh well...not like I can reverse it now, part installed and I'm out $700. I was anticipating MAYBE $300...again, oh well.
I mean I did just buy a 2018 corolla as well from ya'll in Oct 2019. Figured that may earn me some consideration or discount...nah. Such is life.

We have been coming to Roseville Toyota for 15 years. This past experience concerns me. We purchased tires from Toyota and brought it in for repair, was told not possible and quoted $294 for a replacement. I shopped around and found the tire fir $254. The advisor was unable to match price, which is understandable. However, when I brought the vehicle to Anerican Tire I was told it was repairable. American Tire repaired outlet tire at no cost. They asked that we come back when we need tires which we will do. We feel Rosevilke Toyota was either lazy or untruthful. Either way our tire business will he going to American Tire from now on.

Although Austin was wonderful, I was a little concerned that I had been assured that everything was being followed as far as COVID-19 protocols went, but I saw a lot of staff walking around without masks or with masks down around their necks or wearing them improperly, and that made me feel uncomfortable, especially as I had to wait there in the facility for a number of hours.

I was quite upset when I went in the next day to pick uo my vehicle. I had an appt booked for Wed 9/2/20 at 1:30pm I arrived early at 11am said I would pick up Thursday 9/3/20. Selected service was changing the two front tires , an alignment and changing the cabin filter got all paperwork from molly. I left and half way home I realized the alignment was 99.95 I heard 9.95 so I called back immediately to have it taken off spoke to Heidi explained everything she said Oh I don't even see that on here for your work up I told her I am looking at it on my paperwork she then said she had no way of IM molly so she would send me over to her extension to leave a message. That is what I did explained I wanted that service removed since I mis heard the pricing and requested a call to confirm. Come thursday I go to pay for my service and to my surprise the alignment of 99.95 was never taken off and when requesting it removed because again thats what I called back for I was given a card with the managerz name to call and see what could be done after the fact. 99 is a lot especially when I had to replace my tires and it would be different if I didn't call in but I did and it was neglegence on the companys part and then me having to pay it was very upsetting.
