You need more Websters. He is the first advisor I have ever got at your store that seems to genuinely care about the price **** of costly repairs. Just seem like a number to the rest. I almost stopped bringing my car to your store for service because you are usually the most expensive Toyota dealer in the region, so being treated like a number definitely doesn’t help in retaining customers. Too many competitors to be treated that way. Webster saved you a customer for now.

Service guy told me an hour to an hour and a half and it was over two and a half hours that I had to wait. I wouldn't have cared if I was given this information beforehand. After an hour and a half I had to inquire about status. At that point he just started submitting the claim for the tire replacement.

I asked for a discount because I was upset and honestly I felt that the service should have been free! What’s the dam point of an appointment?
