Once the payment was made Chris failed to communicate at all. I asked him twice about calling me and he ignored me both times. From 10:30AM to 6PM I called 8 times and was left on voicemail. I was promised by 3 other employees that they would make sure he would call me before he left and it never happened. I left a voicemail and showed up at 6:05 PM and he was gone and left the issue on the hands of his other co-workers. It’s is absurd how terrible his communication is and I will be avoiding this location at all costs. The car was dropped off at 7:30 AM and he only called me at 10AM so he could get the payment from me. After that he neglected all forms of communication. No matter how busy your day is you have to be very inept and not capable of performing your job correctly if you cannot call a customer back within 8 hours. Do better.
