Was told an hour to hour and 15 minutes for my oil change. An hour and 1/2 later I checked and was told another hour. About a 1/2 hour later was told I needed an air filter told him to replace it 45 minutes later I checked and was now told air filter was on back order will have your car ready in 10 minutes and go to a parts store and get a filter. WASTED 3 HOURS for a 20-30 minute job that I had an appointment for. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WAS LATE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY

When I turned my car in at 1pm I was told it would take a hour to make sure I needed a brake job on my car and at that point they would call me to confirm and get my ok to start the work and from there it would take 2 hours to complete the process. At 3pm I had heard nothing so I went to check on the car at this point I was was told yes I needed front brakes and it would be another 1.5 hours before it would be done . At 4:45 I went back again to check on the car . I was told they were putting the last tire on and then take it for a quick ride to make sure everything was ok and it would be 10 minutes max . I didn't leave till close to 5:30. Yes I was give the option to have someone take me home and then pick me up but I didn't think it was worth it when the quoted time was 3 hours . I would have probably changed my mind if I knew up front how long it was going to take . It was also explained to me there are only 3 rotor machines and alot of brake jobs scheduled that day . For the last hour or so of my stay I sat out by where one picks up their car after getting it serviced . I saw several times where the Toyota driver was in the car wearing the mask with their nose showing in my opinion it's ok to not have the mask on when outside in the fresh air but while in a customers car it should be on completely covering the mouth and all of the nose . In conclusion I feel I should have been kept in the loop as to the process of the repairs . I should have not have to return to the person to get an update . Thank you

My appointment was at 9 just a simple oil change and inspection for my 2020 4Runner, my service did not get finished until almost noon. They said it was battery issues but yet my battery in the end was fine and I hadn’t had any problems with it. 3 hours for this kind of service is unacceptable in my mind especially since Cory originally told me it usually takes about an hour.

While service by Conor Cigan was satisfactory, the staff who brought my car at then was not wearing mask, nor was my car seat covered. Floor mat was quite wet from his shies. I think the car wash was just a hose down with no wash. My car seat was totally out of my spacing pushed all the way back. You need to train your temp staff thoroughly to keep us senior frOm catching COVID-19 from these careless eager employees.
