I had a scheduled appointment and was told it would take an hour. After two hours I had to go up and ask about my vehicle. He then told me my car was already done but I had never gotten the text I was supposed to receive stating that it was. No car wash was offered to me. And it took way too long for them to drive my car up to the drive.
