I brought the car in for a full diagnostic because I’m considering buying the car. I was told when I made the appointment that is very thorough. When I picked the car up I was told that the engine had a leak (which I new). They said not sure what it was but cost could range between $350 and $3500. They also said engine was making a noise (which I new). They didn’t know what was causing the noise, but that it would cost $875. I’m pretty frustrated and would like someone to contact me. I was also told that for further investigation on those items, I would need to pay more money.

Once again!! Jason’s concern, communication and commitment to excellence were brought forward. Jason offered me another rental car while mine was being diagnosed. I graciously said no thank you. Jason did arrange for Lyft to pick me up and drive me home. While I worked today, my daughter was able to pick up my car this afternoon. One other detail, the Toyota mechanics corrected the problem within a matter of a couple of hours!! Amazing!!! Jason, once again...you’ve kept your word and displayed your integrity too the upmost of my satisfaction.
