I came in with a general maintenance Ask the service advisor to give me a "on a skid plate He did But was going to charge me to put on even though they had to take it off to do oil change, So I declined it driving home my skid plate falls off because they didn't Put the clips back in correctly now I really have to buy one. The only reason why I am going back there in the future is because I have a service contract otherwise I wouldn't.

Very disappointed on many levels this time. I never actually met with Paul. I got there early and someone else checked me in. When my vehicle was ready, he was busy with someone else so he passed me off to his neighbor. The paperwork they gave me had NO information about my vehicle. No tire pressure reading and no noted about what was done. It also said that I requested that it not be washed (not true). I definitely did not ask for it to be returned dirtier than when I got there. Not sure how it got so dirty but someone even ran the rear wiper since it was so dirty. When I got there, it was not clean but it was much cleaner than when I left. Since I did not receive the normal documentation and I did not meet with Paul, I have no idea whether any work was done. Were the tires even rotated? Very disappointing.
