This is my first time owning a Toyota and I had figured I said take it to the dealership where it originally came from to be serviced. I asked to get an alignment and a courtesy check on my vehicle.
I had an appointment but the service took over three hours to complete I was originally only quoted two hours. When I asked him how the courtesy check went he just said that there was multiple oil leaks And a scraping noise coming from the wheel, hoping he would have the answers to my questions I asked him what was causing the problems..... He said that the technician didn’t find out and he did more time to look at it and that it was going to cost $100 for him to check it out..
they told me I had problems but no descriptions of the problems they didn’t tell me where the oil leak was coming from and the technician didn’t make any effort to find out what a scraping noise was during the wheel alignment,My advisor said he set me up for an appointment next week on Tuesday But I honestly don’t even think he did he seem too busy to even deal with me.......This is the first and most likely the last time I ever go to Roseville Toyota not used to being treated this way at a dealership
